05:21 PM EDT, 06/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- FTAI Aviation ( FTAI ) completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in IAG Engine Center Europe to expand global maintenance capacity.

The price wasn't disclosed.

IAG Engine operates a 200,000-square-foot CFM56 engine maintenance, repair and overhaul facility at the Rome Fiumicino Airport.

The facility has been rebranded as QuickTurn Europe, FTAI said Thursday in a statement.
