09:22 AM EDT, 05/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- FTAI Aviation ( FTAI ) said Thursday that it has agreed to buy Lockheed Martin Commercial Engine Solutions from Lockheed Martin Canada for $170 million.

The deal is slated to be completed in H2.

Lockheed Martin Commercial Engine Solutions is an aircraft engine maintenance repair facility in Montreal, Quebec, and FTAI Aviation ( FTAI ) is the company's largest client, FTAI said.
