FTC says Gamestop CEO Cohen to pay nearly $1 million penalty

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Federal Trade Commission said on Wednesday that Ryan Cohen, managing partner of RC Ventures LLC and Gamestop ( GME ) CEO, would pay a nearly $1 million penalty to settle an antitrust law violation related to his acquisition of Wells Fargo & Co ( WFC ) shares.
