FTI Consulting's Q3 Net Income, Revenue Rise; Full-Year 2025 Adjusted EPS Boosted

07:54 AM EDT, 10/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- FTI Consulting ( FCN ) reported Q3 net income Thursday of $2.60 per diluted share, up from $1.85 a year earlier.

A single analyst polled by FactSet expected $1.87.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $956.2 million, up from $926 million a year earlier.

Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $945.1 million.

The company said it expects full-year 2025 adjusted EPS to be between $8.20 and $8.70, an increase from the previous guidance range of between $7.80 to $8.40. Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $8.19. Revenue for the full-year 2025 was narrowed to a range between $3.69 billion and $3.74 billion from a prior range of $3.66 billion and $3.76 billion. Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $3.72 billion.

The company's shares were up 2% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
