Full Circle Lithium Expands Into Logistics Sector With Sale of FCL-X Fire Safety Systems to Global Customer
Oct 29, 2025 7:22 AM

10:06 AM EDT, 10/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Full Circle Lithium ( FCLIF ) on Wednesday announced a commercial sale into the transportation and logistics sector.

The company said its customer, described as a "global logistics leader" based in Asia with significant North American operations, is pursuing a large-scale fleet electrification and decarbonization initiative that includes expanding temperature-controlled facilities.

As part of the program, Full Circle's lithium battery fire extinguishing agent, FCL-X, was selected to help safeguard people, property, and high-value assets in environments integrating electric vehicles, battery systems, and warehouse automation.

"This marks a strategic milestone as the company expands into a new, high-growth industry vertical with a fast-scaling, global customer operating across the United States, Canada, and Mexico," said the company.

A statement noted that the initial sale involved FCL-X fire extinguishers for one logistics hub, with the potential for the company to supply extinguishers and other products to the customer's 59 additional sites across 21 U.S. states.

"This customer recognized the need for proactive lithium battery fire protection as core infrastructure-not an afterthought," said Full Circle Lithium's ( FCLIF ) chief executive officer Carlos Vicens. "Our solution addresses that head-on, with compact, effective, and scalable protection systems suited for complex logistics environments."

The company's shares were last seen up $0.015 to $0.37 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
