10:40 AM EDT, 05/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Units of Fundamental Global ( FGF ) and Strong Global Entertainment ( SGE ) said Friday they have agreed to merge in an all-stock deal.

Strong Global Entertainment ( SGE ) stockholders will receive 1.5 common shares of Fundamental Global ( FGF ) for each of their shares, according to a joint statement.

The deal is expected to close in the middle of the year, pending customary closing conditions and stockholder approval, the statement said.
