Gaia Closes $7 Million Stock Offering

04:20 PM EST, 02/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Gaia (GAIA) said Friday it closed a public offering of 1.6 million class A common shares at $5 apiece.

The company said the roughly $7.2 million in net proceeds will be used mainly for enhancements of its artificial intelligence capabilities, among other initiatives.
