Galaxy Digital Prices Upsized Offering of Class A Shares at $19.00 Apiece

07:39 AM EDT, 05/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Galaxy Digital ( GLXY ) overnight Thursday priced its upsized underwritten offering of 31.6 million Class A shares at $19.00 a piece.

The offering, which had previously been announced at 29 million shares, will include 26.4 million shares offered by the company and 5.2 million by its certain shareholders. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to about 4.7 million additional secondary shares at the public offering price less the underwriting discount.

The offering is expected to close on June 3, with net proceeds slated to purchase newly issued limited partnership units from its operating subsidiary, Galaxy Digital Holdings LP. The company said it will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares of the selling stockholders.

U.S.-listed shares of the company were last seen unchanged at $19.60 in pre-market trading
