GameSquare Files Shelf for Stock Resale by Shareholders; Shares Fall

10:32 AM EDT, 07/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- GameSquare ( GAME ) filed a shelf registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission Wednesday covering the potential resale of about 37.3 million common shares of the company by certain selling stockholders from time to time.

The statement covers 10,144,698 shares held directly or indirectly by certain selling stockholders, up to 1,161,252 shares issuable upon the exercise of warrants held by certain selling stockholders, and up to 26 million shares issuable upon the conversion of a convertible promissory note held by a stockholder, according to a regulatory filing.

GameSquare ( GAME ) shares were down 3.3% in recent trading.
