Gaming and Leisure Properties Q3 Adjusted FFO, Revenue Rise

05:25 PM EDT, 10/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Gaming and Leisure Properties ( GLPI ) reported Q3 adjusted funds from operations late Thursday of $0.97 per diluted share, up from $0.95 a year earlier.

An analyst polled by FactSet expected $0.96.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $397.6 million, up from $385.3 million a year earlier.

An analyst expected $398.2 million.

For fiscal 2025, the company expects adjusted funds from operations of $3.86 to $3.88.

Analysts are looking for $3.86.

Shares of Gaming and Leisure Properties ( GLPI ) were up 1.7% in after-hours trading.
