GAN Closes Merger With Sega Sammy

11:45 AM EDT, 05/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- GAN (GAN) said Tuesday its acquisition by Sega Sammy was complete.

Under the merger, Sega Sammy-affiliated entity Sega Sammy Creation purchased GAN's outstanding shares for $1.97 apiece, according to a statement.

GAN shares will cease to trade on Nasdaq today, the company said.
