03:20 AM EST, 12/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Garden Stage ( GSIW ) said Monday it received a notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market that it is not compliant with the exchange's $1 minimum bid price requirement.

In order to cure the deficiency, the company must maintain a closing bid price of at least $1 per share for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days, it said.

The company has until June 23 to regain compliance with the exchange's listing rules, subject to a potential extension.
