10:11 AM EDT, 09/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- GCM Grosvenor ( GCMG ) said Tuesday it has acquired a 25% equity interest in the Shepherds Flat wind farm from Brookfield Asset Management ( BAM ) and its institutional partners, including Brookfield Renewable Partners ( BEP ) .

Financial details of the deal weren't provided.

Shepherds Flat is a 338-turbine wind farm in Oregon with a capacity of 845 megawatts and produces over 2,000 gigawatt hours of electricity annually, the company said.
