10:29 AM EDT, 09/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- GCM Grosvenor ( GCMG ) and CION Investments said Wednesday they have entered a strategic partnership to improve individual investors' access to private market assets via financial advisors, CION Investments said Wednesday.

The joint venture will combine CION's market insights and distribution capabilities with GCM Grosvenor's ( GCMG ) infrastructure and private markets expertise, focusing initially on infrastructure to create scalable investment solutions, the companies said.

GCM Grosvenor ( GCMG ) shares fell more than 1% in recent trading.
