01:56 PM EDT, 08/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- GD Culture Group ( GDC ) shares more than doubled in recent trading Wednesday after the company and its AI Catalysis unit launched a TikTok account on news, insights and trends about artificial intelligence.

The account, called @streamlineainews, will also offer explainer videos and behind-the-scenes looks at AI innovations, GD Culture ( GDC ) said Wednesday in a statement.

Intraday trading volume topped 46.8 million shares versus the daily average of about 118,600.
