GE Aerospace to Supply GEnx Engines for Saudia's 39 Boeing 787s

12:47 PM EST, 11/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- GE Aerospace (GE) said Wednesday it has entered a multi-year agreement to provide Saudia Group, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's national flag carrier, with GEnx-1B engines for their 2023 order for 39 of 787-9 and 787-10 aircraft.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

The arrangement includes engines and a multi-year maintenance program, along with training and other capability-building efforts to expand aerospace skills in Saudi Arabia, according to a statement.
