04:33 AM EDT, 09/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Gemini Space Station (GEMI) said late Thursday it priced its initial public offering of about 15.2 million shares at $28 each.

The company and selling stockholders plan to grant underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 300,565 shares and 458,364 shares, respectively, to cover over-allotments.

Gemini Space Station, a crypto platform, won't receive proceeds from shares sold by existing investors, it said.

Trading of the shares is due to begin on Friday on the Nasdaq under the symbol "GEMI," with the offering set to close on Monday, the company said.
