Generac Holdings Acquires Ageto

08:10 AM EDT, 08/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Generac Holdings ( GNRC ) said Monday it has acquired Ageto, a supplier of microgrid controllers, effective Aug. 1.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The deal is expected to expand Generac's ( GNRC ) microgrid and energy storage offerings.
