10:53 AM EDT, 06/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Genetic Technologies ( GENE ) said Wednesday that it signed a distribution agreement with Stayhealthy, which operates an online discount pharmacy.

Under the deal, Genetic Technologies' ( GENE ) GeneType brand will distribute the Multi-Risk test through the StayHealthyRx platform, expanding the product's reach in North America, according to the statement. No financial details were disclosed.

Shares of Genetic Technologies ( GENE ) were down more than 2% in recent trading.
