04:18 PM EDT, 10/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Genworth Financial ( GNW ) said Friday its unit CareScout has closed its acquisition of Seniorly, a platform that connects people with senior living communities.

The deal was funded from Genworth's ( GNW ) holding company cash, with a total cash consideration of about $15 million, Genworth ( GNW ) said.
