09:02 AM EDT, 05/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Getchell Gold ( GGLDF ) , which fell 15% yesterday, said on Wednesday that it will extend by a year the expiry dates of 5.2 million outstanding warrants.
The company, a Nevada-focused gold and copper exploration company, issued 3 million warrants on May 14, 2021 with an exercise price of $0.65, which was later lowered to $0.50. The original expiry date - May 14, 2023 - was previously extended to May 14, 2024. On Wednesday, the company said it would extend the expiry date to May 14, 2025 with all other terms remaining unchanged.
Another issuing of 2.2 million warrants with an exercise price of $0.60 closed on May 30, 2022. The original expiry date of those warrants was May 30, 2024. The company will extend that to May 30, 2025 with all other terms unchanged.
The shares, which have lost a third of their value in the past three weeks, closed at $0.15 on Tuesday.
