GFG Resources Up, Closer To 52 Week Highs as Buys Claims at Pen Gold Project

03:21 PM EDT, 03/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- GFG Resources ( GFGSF ) was at last look on Friday up 5% and closer to 52 week high levels after announcing that it has acquired strategic claims within the company's Pen Gold Project located west of Timmins, Ontario.

A statement noted GFG paid a total purchase price of $4,500 to acquire a 100% ownership of the claims.

Meanwhile, as previously reported on March 6, 2025, the company will issue 111,111 common shares to Apitipi Anicinapek Nation pursuant to its recently signed exploration agreement.
