G-III Apparel's Fiscal Q4 Non-GAAP Net Income, Revenue Rise; Fiscal 2026 Guidance Set

07:26 AM EDT, 03/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- G-III Apparel Group ( GIII ) reported fiscal Q4 non-GAAP net income Thursday of $1.27 per diluted share, up from $0.76 a year earlier.

Four analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.97.

Revenue for the quarter ended Jan. 31 was $839.5 million, up from $764.8 million a year earlier.

Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $807.1 million.

The company said it expects fiscal Q1 net income of $0.05 to 0.15 per diluted share on $580 million in revenue.

Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expect earnings of $0.09 per share on $619.6 million in revenue.

G-III Apparel ( GIII ) said it expects fiscal 2026 net income of $4.15 to $4.25 per diluted share on $3.14 billion in revenue.

Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expect earnings of $4.10 per share on $3.23 billion in revenue.
