06:24 AM EDT, 09/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Global Atomic ( GLATF ) , which lost near 5% on Friday, over the weekend said that it has applied to the Toronto Stock Exchange to extend the expiry date of 9.6 million share purchase warrants and 560,000 broker warrants, from September 17 to December 31, 2024.

Both sets of warrants were issued as part of a public offering which closed in March 2023.

Each share purchase warrant has an exercise price of $4 per share and each broker warrant has an exercise price of $3 per share.
