GM's second-quarter US auto sales rise 7%

July 1 (Reuters) - General Motors ( GM ) reported higher

second-quarter U.S. sales on Tuesday, aided by demand for its

affordable crossover SUVs.

Overall sales rose 7% to 746,588 units in the three months

to June.
