10:57 AM EDT, 07/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- goeasy (GSY.TO), down 1.2% at last look, has closed its offering of US$200 million principal amount of 7.625% senior unsecured notes due 2029, upsized from the original US$150 million at the initial time of offering.

The new notes were issued at US$1,018.75 per US$1,000 principal amount, plus accrued interest from July 1, 2024. They will be treated as a single series with goeasy's 7.625% unsecured notes due 2029.

A total of US$600 million principal amount of Notes is outstanding following the offering's close.
