06:26 AM EDT, 10/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Gold Reserve ( GDRZF ) late on Monday said it has completed its continuance from the province of Alberta to Bermuda, resulting in a change of name from Gold Reserve Inc. ( GDRZF ) to Gold Reserve Ltd.

The continuance was executed through a plan of arrangement approved by shareholders on Sept. 16 and by the Court of King's Bench of Alberta on Sept. 17.

Gold Reserve's ( GDRZF ) common shares have been assigned a new CUSIP number, G4R86G107, and a new ISIN, BMG4R86G1074. The common shares will start trading on the TSXV under the new name and CUSIP on Oct. 7.

Gold Reserve's ( GDRZF ) share price rose 2.4% yesterday after dropping more than 40% and nearer to 52-week lows last Friday.
