Golden Sun Gets Nasdaq Delisting Notification

05:19 PM EDT, 03/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Golden Sun Health Technology ( GSUN ) , formerly Golden Sun Education, said late Monday it has received a letter from Nasdaq notifying its shares will be delisted unless it requested an appeal.

The stock exchange's decision is due to the company's failure to regain compliance with minimum bid price rule, the company said. Unless it requests an appeal of the decision by March 28, its shares will be suspended at the opening of business on April 2.

The company said it plans to appeal the decision. It's considering all options , including a reverse stock split.
