Goodyear to sell Off-the-Road tire business to Yokohama for $905 million

July 22 (Reuters) - Goodyear Tire & Rubber ( GT )

announced on Monday it will sell its Off-the-Road tire business

to Japan's Yokohama Rubber ( YORUF ) for $905 million in cash, as

part of its strategic transformation plan.
