Graphene Manufacturing Group Higher as Raises $6.9 Million in Bought Deal Financing of Units

11:57 AM EDT, 09/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Graphene Manufacturing Group ( GMGMF ) up 6% on last look, on Wednesday said it raised $6.9 million from a bought deal public offering of 7.7-million units priced at $0.90 each, including the full exercise of the over-allotment option.

Each unit consists of one share and a three-year warrant to buy a share for $1.35.

Proceeds will be used to fund ongoing operations.

Graphene Manufacturing ( GMGMF ) shares were last seen up $0.05 to $0.88 on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Price: 0.88, Change: +0.05, Percent Change: +6.02
