04:57 PM EDT, 06/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Graphjet Technology ( GTI ) said late Tuesday it was notified by Nasdaq that its request for continued listing was denied, and the trading of its stock will be suspended from Friday.

Previously, the company received a notice from Nasdaq on June 4, indicating, as a result of the company's delay in filing its annual report for the period ended Sept. 30, 2024, and quarterly report for the period ended Dec. 31, 2024, the company was not in compliance with the listing requirements.

The company said it intends to request a hearing before the bourse's hearings panel.
