02:31 PM EDT, 10/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Greenheart Gold ( GHRTF ) on Thursday said it closed a brokered private placement financing that raised $36 million as it placed 72.09-million shares priced at $0.50 each.

Proceeds will be used to acquire properties mineral properties in Guyana and Suriname, for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Greenheart Gold ( GHRTF ) was last seen up $0.06, or 9.2%, to $0.71 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
