Greenlane Regains Nasdaq Compliance With Continued Listing Rules

11:42 AM EST, 01/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Greenlane ( GNLN ) said Wednesday it regained compliance with Nasdaq's listing requirement to maintain an audit committee that consists of three independent directors.

Michael C. Howe was appointed as an independent director of the company and member of the audit committee, the company said.

The company's shares were up 0.6% in recent trading.
