08:24 AM EDT, 08/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Greenlane Renewables ( GRNWF ) on Friday said Ian Kane, currently president and chief executive submitted his resignation, but will continue as president for three months to assist in the transition of the new roles in the senior management team.

Brad Douville, who was executive vice chair will re-assume the role of CEO, a position he held from June 2019 through August 2023. Alex Chassels resigned as chief operating officer and left the company. Maura Lendon, who was Chief Legal Officer will now assume the role of COO.

Greenland operates in biogas upgrading.
