The company issued the warrants in February to purchase 762,236 shares of its common stock with an original exercise price of $14.30 apiece.

The offering will likely close on or about Tuesday.

Shares of the company fell 14% in premarket activity Tuesday. It closed 128% higher in regular trading on Monday.
