01:11 PM EST, 02/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Grifols ( GRFS ) said in a Tuesday filing that Anne-Catherine Berner will become chair, succeeding Thomas Glanzmann, who does not intend to be reelected at the annual general shareholders' meeting.

Berner, currently an independent board member, will be appointed as chair after the meeting, the company said.

The board will also propose to reduce the number of members to 12 from 13, canceling Glanzmann's seat, the company added.
