Grocery Outlet Completes United Grocery Outlet Acquisition

10:23 AM EDT, 04/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Grocery Outlet ( GO ) said Tuesday that it has acquired United Grocery Outlet from Gen Cap America affiliates and current and former UGO management.

The company said that the deal aims to expand its footprint into Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Kentucky, and Virginia.

The financial details of the transaction were not given.

Shares of Grocery Outlet ( GO ) fell more than 1% in recent trading activity.
