04:55 AM EST, 11/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Grubhub (GRUB) is being acquired by Wonder from Just Eat Takeaway.com for an enterprise value of $650 million, including $500 million of senior notes and $150 million in cash, according to a statement Wednesday.

The deal is expected to close in Q1 2025, subject to customary closing conditions including regulatory approvals.

Wonder also said that an additional $250 million in capital was raised exclusively from new investors.
