10:24 AM EDT, 05/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- H2O America ( HTO ) said Tuesday it has appointed Chief Financial Officer Andrew Walters to its board, effective July 1.

After Walters' appointment, the board will have 10 directors, the company said.

H2O America ( HTO ) said that, as recently announced, Walters will be its next chief executive, effective July 1, following Eric Thornburg's retirement on June 30.
