HA Sustainable Infrastructure Prices $300 Million Green Notes Offering

10:19 AM EST, 12/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- HA Sustainable Infrastructure Capital ( HASI ) said Tuesday it has priced its $300 million private offering of 6.375% green senior unsecured notes due 2034.

The notes will form part of the same class as its existing 6.375% green senior unsecured notes maturing in 2034, the company said.

HA Sustainable Infrastructure said it anticipates net proceeds of $297 million after expenses, which will be used to temporarily repay portions of its unsecured credit facility and commercial paper program.

Settlement is expected on Dec. 12, subject to customary conditions.

HA Sustainable Infrastructure shares fell 3.3% in recent trading.

Price: 30.56, Change: -1.03, Percent Change: -3.26
