Haivision Systems Reports Lower Fiscal Q4 Profit, Revenue

05:27 PM EST, 01/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Haivision Systems ( HAIVF ) after trade Wednesday said its fiscal fourth-quarter profit and revenue fell year-over-year.

The video-technologies company said it earned $2.1 million, or $0.07 per share, compared with $2.5 million, or $0.08, in the year-prior quarter. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $the company to post earnings of $0.05 per share.

Revenue fell to $30.1 million from $35.7 million a year ago. FactSet's consensus estimate was $21 million.

The company said the revenue decline was "partially the result of delays in the US budget approval, but also reflects our transformation from the system integrator to manufacturer in the control room market."

Haivision ( HAIVF ) shares closed up $0.24 to $5.36 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
