Halliburton Secures Well Stimulation Contract From ConocoPhillips

08:41 AM EDT, 08/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Halliburton ( HAL ) said Wednesday it has secured a five-year contract from ConocoPhillips's ( COP ) unit ConocoPhillip Skandinavia AS to provide well stimulation services in the North Sea.

Under the deal, Tidewater's North Pomor vessel will be upgraded into an advanced stimulation vessel and equipped with its Octiv digital fracturing technology, the company said.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
