Hamilton Lane Closes Inaugural Venture Access Fund With $615.3 Million in Commitments

10:18 AM EST, 02/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hamilton Lane ( HLNE ) announced the final close of its Venture Access Fund, raising $615.3 million in commitments.

The fund, which surpassed its $500 million target, is the firm's first globally distributed venture vehicle, Hamilton Lane ( HLNE ) said Thursday in a statement.
