Sila Realty Trust Announces Share Buyback Program

01:47 PM EDT, 08/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sila Realty Trust ( SILA ) board authorized a share repurchase program for 1.5 million shares, or aggregate purchase price of $25 million, whichever is less, according to a regulatory filing Monday.

The program will be effective for a period of 12 months.

Price: 22.18, Change: -0.02, Percent Change: -0.11
