Hawkins Completes Acquisition of StillWaters Technology

08:58 AM EDT, 08/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hawkins (HWKN) said Friday that it has completed its acquisition of StillWaters Technology, a distributor of water treatment chemicals and equipment in Alabama.

Hawkins Chief Executive Patrick H. Hawkins said the acquisition helps the company build its southern US expansion by increasing its Alabama customer base.
