08:13 AM EDT, 10/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hayward (HAYW) reported Q3 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $0.14 per diluted share, up from $0.11 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.12.

Net sales for the fiscal quarter ended Sept. 27 were $244.3 million, up from $227.6 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $231.6 million.

The swimming pool maker said it now expects fiscal 2025 net sales of $1.10 billion to $1.11 billion, up from its previous projection of $1.07 billion to $1.10 billion

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.09 billion.

Shares of the company were up 9% in recent premarket activity.
