11:14 AM EDT, 08/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- H.B. Fuller ( FUL ) said Tuesday it has acquired HS Butyl, a butyl tapes manufacturer in the UK with over $23 million in annual sales.

The company said the acquisition expands its position in the global specialty construction tapes market and creates new opportunities for engineering adhesives solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
