05:56 PM EDT, 10/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- HCM II Acquisition ( HOND ) said Monday its shareholders approved the planned business combination with Terrestrial Energy, a developer of small modular Generation IV nuclear plants using Integral Molten Salt Reactor technology.

The deal is expected to close around Oct. 27, with the combined company to trade on Nasdaq under the symbols IMSR and IMSRW starting Oct. 28, HCM II said.
