Health In Tech Prices IPO at $4 per Share

02:59 PM EST, 12/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Health In Tech said Friday it priced its initial public offering of 2.3 million common shares at $4 per share.

The underwriter has a 30-day option to buy up to 345,000 additional shares, the company said.

Health In Tech expects its shares to start trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on Monday under the ticker HIT and the offering to close on Tuesday.

The company said it plans to allocate net proceeds from the offering to system upgrades, service expansion, sales and distribution growth, talent development, and general corporate purposes.
