06:01 PM EDT, 04/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Healthpeak Properties ( DOC ) reported Q1 adjusted funds from operations late Thursday of $0.41 per diluted share, up from $0.38 per share a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 rose to $606.6 million from $525.7 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $599.5 million.

For 2024, the firm said it now expects adjusted FFO of $1.53 to $1.57 per share, compared with its prior range of $1.50 to $1.56.

Healthpeak said it will pay a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, payable May 17 to stockholders of record May 6.
